About the Role
Spectrum Solar is looking for a Project Admin Trainee to support the day-to-day administrative and coordination activities of the project team. This entry-level position is suitable for candidates who are interested in developing their skills in project administration and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and records.
- Update project-related data in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect project information.
- Prepare reports and other administrative documents.
- Track project schedules and follow up on pending tasks.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
- Support the project team with routine office administration.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
