Experience in Property Acquisition / Real Estate Management & Expansion for Retail of Projects
Must have experience in handling multiple properties.
Identifying location/space as per the requirements of the brand.
Negotiating with landlords / Owners
Evaluating feasibility of locations
Facilitated solution conversation between the technical, projects, business and finance team
End to end responsible for Business expansion (property acquisition/Leasing)
Responsible for Site selection, inter departmental clearances, Due Diligence, feasibility study, negotiations and deal Closure.
Responsible for Landlord relationship management, Grievance's redressal, dispute resolution and Final settlement of terminated sites.
Maintain an up to date database for the Real Estate team and prepare a presentation for approvals from Top Management/ Senior Leadership before initiating a project after taking all necessary site selection criteria/ specs into consideration.
Build and maintain a network of prop .
