About the Role

We are looking for a Psychology Intern who is interested in understanding people, communication, sales and professional training. This internship will provide practical exposure to sales, calling, lead generation, video creation, client interaction and training activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls and interact with potential clients/candidates to generate leads.

• Understand customer requirements and assist in converting leads.

• Support the sales team in follow-ups and daily calling activities.

• Create short videos/reels related to the company, services and professional topics.

• Participate in team training sessions and assist in conducting basic training activities.

• Understand customer behaviour and communication patterns and apply them in sales.

• Assist in preparing training content, presentations and communication material.

• Coordinate with the sales and HR teams for day-to-day activities.

• Maintain basic records of calls, leads and follow-ups.

• Participate in meetings, team activities and learning sessions.

• Candidates comfortable appearing in videos/reels will have an added advantage.

• Faridabad-based candidates preferred.
