We're looking for an experienced Public Relations Manager who can build strong media relationships, drive impactful PR campaigns, and enhance our clients' brand reputation through strategic communication.
Public Relations Strategy
Develop and execute integrated PR strategies aligned with client objectives.
Create annual and campaign-based PR plans.
Identify media opportunities to maximize brand visibility.
Secure media coverage across print, digital, television, and industry publications.
Content & Communication
Write and review press releases, media notes, speeches, quotes, articles, and leadership communication.
Ensure all communication aligns with brand messaging and tone of voice.
Develop crisis communication statements when required.
Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned PR clients.
Understand client objectives and provide strategic communication recommendations.
Present PR plans, campaign reports, and media outcomes to clients.
Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication.
Plan and execute product launches, announcements, events, and brand campaigns.
Collaborate with internal creative, content, and digital marketing teams.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track media coverage and PR performance.
Prepare monthly PR reports with key insights and campaign analysis.
Team Management
Mentor and guide junior PR executives.
Review team deliverables and ensure quality standards.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience handling multiple clients across industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional storytelling and content writing abilities.
Strong presentation and client management skills.
Experience in education, technology, or consumer brands.
Experience managing a team of 3 or more members.
Familiarity with media monitoring and PR reporting tools.
