ob Responsibilities
Find and list recent vendors or suppliers.
Ask for price quotes and compare offers.
Negotiate valuable prices and payment terms.
Make and send purchase orders (POs).
Track delivery dates and fix delivery problems.
Check received items for correct count and quality.
Keep clean records of all purchases, bills, and deliveries.
Work with the finance team to transparent vendor invoices.
Check stock levels so the company does not run out of items
Any degree
Real estate experience is mandatory .
Compensation: 25,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person .
