01Key Responsibilities
1. Source and negotiate with overseas suppliers.
2. Prepare and process purchase orders.
3. Coordinate import shipments and customs clearance.
4. Verify import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO).
5. Track deliveries and resolve shipment issues.
6. Maintain supplier relationships and procurement records.
7. Ensure compliance with import and company policies.
8. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams
