Role & responsibilities
Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time
Identify Cost Effective Supplier and development to achieve 100% adherence to delivery & quality. Risk Assessment for supplier enrolment.
Deliver targets set for Purchase Price Variance, Innovation, Cost Avoidance, & Value Optimization in given category.
Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings
Risk Mitigation planning and sustainable sourcing measures for category, Support sourcing activities and identifying alternate suppliers when required.
Daily Market Monitoring & Price Tracking.
Collaborate closely with Factory, MNS, Quality, Planning, and Stores teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Supplier Development for quality product supplies, future needs.
Maintain 100% adherence to Supplier code of conduct & responsible sourcing.
Budgeting and adherence review.
Supplier Evaluation and Development. .
