Role & responsibilities
Collect customer requirements and share forecasts with suppliers.
Prepare MRP and calculate raw material requirements.
Coordinate release of BPA and Purchase Orders (POs)
Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery.
Monitor supplier finished goods (FG) stock, warehouse stock, and raw material availability
6.Maintain inventory control and perform stock reconciliation.
Update and maintain accurate data in ERP systems
8.Resolve raw material shortage issues proactively
9.Monitor supplier performance and delivery metrics .
