Purchase Trainee Warade PackTech Pvt. Ltd. | Wasuli, Pune, Maharashtra Job Summary Warade PackTech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Purchase Trainee to join our Purchase & Procurement team. This is an entry-level opportunity for a fresher who is interested in building a career in Purchase, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Material Coordination within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and purchasing raw materials, components, consumables, and other materials.Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.Assist in preparing and processing Purchase Orders (POs).Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.Compare supplier quotations and support the team in price negotiations.Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality, Accounts, and other departments for material requirements.Maintain purchase records, supplier information, quotations, and related documents.Assist in vendor development and supplier coordination.Monitor pending orders and follow up for timely closure.Support day-to-day purchase and procurement activities as assigned by the reporting manager.Eligibility Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Com / BBA / Any relevant graduate qualification.Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; 01 year of experience in Purchase/Procurement will be an advantage.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.Good communication and follow-up skills.Good coordination and organizational skills.Willingness to learn and develop a career in Purchase & Procurement.Candidates with a manufacturing, engineering, or packaging background will be preferred.Immediate joiners preferred.Key Skills Purchase & Procurement | Vendor Coordination | Supplier Follow-up | Purchase Orders | Quotation Comparison | MS Excel | Negotiation | Material Coordination | Documentation Job Details Job Type: Full-Time Department: Purchase / Procurement Location: Wasuli, Pune, Maharashtra Experience: Fresher / 01 Year Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred How to Apply Interested and relevant candidates can share their updated resume at hr@warade.in.
