01Key Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements
- Drive feature prioritization, backlog management, and sprint planning in Agile environments
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments to support product strategy and innovation
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve product offerings
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements
- Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions while maintaining quality and customer experience standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- 9-14 years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership, preferably in the life insurance industry
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks
- Experience working as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum teams
- Proven track record of building and managing successful digital products
- Strong analytical and technical analysis skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent Agile certifications
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in insurance or BFSI
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and product analytics tools
- Exposure to data-driven product management approaches .
