01Overview
We are looking for an experienced Python Tech Lead with strong expertise in Python, Django, Flask, and AWS to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have handson experience in the Banking or Payments domain, with a strong understanding of secure, transactiondriven systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of Python-based applications using Django and Flask.Architect and build scalable cloudnative solutions on AWS.Mentor development teams and drive engineering best practices.Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to deliver highquality solutions.Ensure application security, performance, and compliance with banking/payment industry standards.Required SkillsStrong experience in Python, Django, Flask, REST APIs, and Microservices.Handson experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, etc.).Experience with Banking or Payments platforms, payment gateways, transaction processing, or financial systems.Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. .
