Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate fresh graduates to join our engineering team as Python Trainees. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in software development while working on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Learn and contribute to the development of scalable software applications using Python.
Assist in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code for backend development.
Support the development and integration of RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing components with backend systems.
Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting applications.
Assist in enhancing and maintaining existing applications and features.
Learn and implement basic security and data protection practices.
Work closely with team members to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software development.
Technical Skills
Good understanding of Python programming fundamentals.
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Familiarity with REST APIs and web application concepts.
Knowledge of SQL databases; exposure to NoSQL databases is an advantage.
Understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems is a plus.
Exposure to Docker, cloud platforms (AWS), or personal/academic projects will be an added advantage.
