Mandatory Skills
Python: 5+ years; Django / FastAPI / Flask
Full Stack: React.js or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Backend: REST APIs, Microservices, OOP
Database: 4+ years PostgreSQL; SQL, Query Optimization, Performance Tuning, Indexing, Partitioning, Data Modeling
Cloud: Azure or AWS; App Services, Storage, Monitoring/Logging
DevOps: Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Docker
Experience: 8?10 years overall software development; Agile/DevOps environment
