Job Description: Python Full Stack Developer (Automation /
Integration Engineer Capital Markets & Asset
Management)
Mandatory Domain Expertise
Strong knowledge of Fixed Income Securities is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in Capital Markets, Asset Management, Investment
Banking operations, or related transaction systems.
Good understanding of business processes such as corporate actions, trade
confirmations, trade settlement, payments, reconciliation, and back-office investment operations.
Ability to explain project responsibilities, transaction systems, business
workflows, and domain-specific problem-solving experience clearly.
Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Work Mode: Hybrid
Shift Timing: 2 PM 11 PM salary up to 34 lpa
Role Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong automation and integration experience in Capital Markets and Asset Management operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience solving stock market, investment operations, and asset management business problems through technology-driven automation, workflow optimization, and system integrations. Knowledge of Fixed Income Securities is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Automate Corporate Actions SWIFT messages using Python to reduce
manual operational workload.
Automate Investment Operations workflows, including payment review and
approval processes based on defined thresholds and seniority levels.
Optimize straight-through processing while ensuring proper controls,
approvals, and compliance checks.
Automate trade confirmation connectivity with DTCC for Corporate Bonds and
Asset-Backed Securities.
Enhance back-office trade settlement processes through SWIFT-based
communication with custodian banks.
Generate electronically signed PDF documents for banks to support
securities and fund transfers while maintaining trust compliance.
Work closely with business and operations teams to understand transaction
systems, business workflows, and investment operations requirements.
Required Technical Skills
Strong programming experience in Python for automation and integration development.Experience working with SQL and relational databases.Good understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, and workflow automation.Exposure to SWIFT messaging, DTCC connectivity, or similar financial transaction platforms will be highly preferred.Ability to work on end-to-end development, debugging, testing, and production support activities.
Preferred Experience:
Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in transaction systems such as SWIFT and related Investment Banking operations.
