The Role
Provide technical direction, making architecture decisions and owning tech debt.
Mentor team members, unblocking them and sharing knowledge.
Take ownership of delivery, including sprint planning, estimation, and risk escalation.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and DevOps teams.
Translate requirements into actionable tasks.
What You'll Need
Experience with Angular (15+), including component architecture, state management (NgRx or Angular Signals), performance, and testing (Jasmine/Jest/Cypress).
Proficiency in Python (3.10+) with FastAPI for API design, async/await patterns, and security (JWT/OAuth2).
Strong database skills in PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and ORM (SQLAlchemy).
Experience with AWS, including serverless computing (Lambda), messaging (SNS/SQS), and data pipelines (Glue).
Knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, Pydantic, Alembic, and S3.
Understanding of security best practices like OWASP.
