Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in RAG-based AI applications to join our growing AI/GenAI team. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable backend services, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy RAG-based AI applications using Python.
Build and optimize document ingestion, indexing, retrieval, and generation pipelines.
Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, Claude, or similar models.
Work with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search.
Develop REST APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Perform prompt engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve production AI systems.
Required Skills
Strong programming experience in Python.
Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures.
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
Experience with REST APIs and microservices development.
Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. .
