Job Description:
Experienced AI Engineer with 10 -12 years expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agent Development, and AI Testing. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions for Healthcare business processes, with a strong focus on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop AI solutions using Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and AI Agent frameworks.
Build and deploy AI agents, agentic workflows, chatbots, and automation solutions.
Design and execute comprehensive AI testing strategies for models, LLMs, and AI agents.
Perform model validation, prompt testing, performance testing, regression testing, security testing, and bias evaluation.
Establish automated testing frameworks, evaluation metrics, and monitoring processes for AI applications.
Implement ML Ops/LLM Ops practices for deployment, testing, and governance.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver AI solutions aligned to Healthcare industry needs.
Required Skills
Strong programming experience in Python.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Models.
Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
Expertise in developing AI agents, agentic bots, and autonomous workflows.
Strong knowledge of AI Testing, including:
LLM Evaluation & ValidationAI Agent TestingFunctional, Integration & Regression TestingPerformance & Security TestingPrompt Testing & OptimizationResponsible AI, Bias & Fairness TestingExperience with Azure, AWS, or GCP AI services.
Domain Experience
Experience in the Healthcare Industry and good understanding of Payer and Provide Operations is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
Experience with ML Ops/LLM Ops, AI Governance, and Responsible AI frameworks.
