. Attend and analyze customer complaints
Ensure customer line continuity (no stoppage due to quality/shortage)
Handle rejections at customer end and take ICA
Daily stock monitoring & critical parts updates
100% inspection for specific parts
Warranty rejection handling & dispatch to plant
Rejection replacement and DC challan/document handling
Location :- Thirvalum
Compensation: 17,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month
