- Experience with test plan and test case writing, test case executing, and test report writing.
- Experience with Agile development methods.
- Experience with test automation and scripting.
- Experience with functional testing and regression test execution.
- Experience with JIRA and defect reporting or trouble tickets.
- Knowledge of QA processes and methods.
- Understand the requirements and relate to the customer use cases.
- A solid personality; able to take initiative, ask questions and make constant improvements and suggestions.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical coworkers and customers.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience using automated testing tools is highly desirable
