Job SummaryThe Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA & Process Analyst for a remote freelance project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and optimizing processes, performing quality assurance checks, and driving continuous improvement across our operations. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct end-to-end process analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
Create and implement quality assurance protocols across assigned projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data and validate workflow documentation.
Monitor, measure, and report on key process metrics and KPIs.
Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and training documentation.
Provide insights and support to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Participate in regular QA audits and process review meetings.
Required Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in QA tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO standards).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with workflow/process management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Lucidchart, Miro).
ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, process analysis, or a similar role.
Prior freelance or remote work experience is highly preferred.
Experience in service-based industries or consulting environments is a plus.
Working HoursFlexible hours, with an expected commitment of 15-25 hours per week.
Availability for occasional virtual meetings in global time zones is required.
