QA Assistant Manager Quality Team Leadership Job Description/: The \"Zero/-Defect Commander \" and \"Product Integrity Specialist \" of our plastic manufacturing company is the QA Assistant Manager in Injection Moulding. From the first raw material feeding to the final packaged boxes, your main goal is to make sure that every single molded part that rolls off the conveyor lines precisely fits physical, aesthetic, and dimensional criteria. As the \"Shop/-Floor Quality Champion, \" you assume direct, hands/-on responsibility for laboratory testing, incoming resin validation, online quality tracking, and routine inspection procedures. This position manages immediate risks such as material batch/-to/-batch discrepancies, molding process variances, and lab measurement errors, bridging the gap between raw process output and target product blueprints. Key Duties/: Line/-In/-Process & Final Inspection Control/: To identify and isolate flaws in all injection molding production lines, implement shift/-level stage inspections, first/-part approval procedures, and final product audits. Moulding Defect Real/-Time Troubleshooting/: Work with production teams to modify process parameters without jeopardizing tool integrity by identifying and troubleshooting physical part defects such as short/-moulds, flash, sink marks, warpage, weld lines, and silver streaks on the floor. entering Material Validation IQC/: Oversee the laboratory testing and inspection of entering plastic resins, masterbatches, and inserts, confirming density restrictions, moisture content, and melt flow index MFI against test certificates from suppliers. Material Quarantine & Containment MRB/: Oversee sorting or rework operations, manage red/-bin quarantines, and make prompt decisions about non/-conforming items while leading the MRB processes on the floor.
