01Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.Develop and execute API automation tests using the Karate framework.Collaborate with developers, QA team members, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Perform basic SQL queries to validate data and support backend testing.Maintain and enhance the automation framework for scalability and reusability.Participate in defect triage and root cause analysis.Document test cases, results, and defects clearly and concisely.Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver and Java for UI automation.Hands-on experience with the Karate framework for REST API automation testing.Proficiency in writing basic SQL queries for data validation.Good understanding of testing methodologies (Agile/Scrum).Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).Knowledge of BDD/TDD concepts.Familiarity with other test frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).Exposure to cloud-based test environments. .
