We are looking to hire talented QA Automation Engineers to strengthen our QA and testing capabilities. The ideal candidates will bring solid programming expertise, hands-on testing experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality software. This document outlines the key qualifications, required skills, and evaluation criteria for the hiring process.
Technical Proficiency :
Strong knowledge of Python and PyTest for test automationExperience with SQL for data validation and queryingHands-on ETL testing experienceFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions
Testing & Process Skills :
Ability to write clear, effective, and maintainable test casesExperience using TestRail or similar test management toolsUnderstanding of software QA methodologies and best practices

Python Programming : Strong programming skills requiredPyTest Framework : Hands-on experience requiredSQL for Data Validation : Solid understanding requiredETL Testing : Experience in ETL testing & data warehousingCI/CD Pipelines (GitHub Actions) : Knowledge required; GitHub Actions preferredTest Case Writing & Design : Experience in test design techniquesTestRail / Test Management Tools : Familiarity required
Nice to Have :

Additional Information :
Evaluation Criteria :
Candidates will be assessed across the following dimensions during the interview process :
1.
Technical interview : Python coding challenge and SQL query tasks
2.
Practical assessment : Writing test cases for a sample ETL scenario
3.
Tool knowledge : Hands-on demonstration with PyTest and CI/CD setup
4.
Behavioural assessment : Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving
This is 5 days work from office role.

Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.) .
