Job Title: Automation QA Internship

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing for product releases.
- Develop and manage test frameworks and tools to automate test execution and reporting.
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and develop test plans.
- Identify test coverage gaps and ensure end-to-end automation coverage.
- Debug test failures, isolate bugs, and report defects with reproducible steps.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Provide timely feedback on product quality, performance, and usability issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge in automation testing with Selenium WebDriver.
- Knowledge in test automation frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, etc.
- Proficiency in one or more scripting/programming languages (Java, Groovy, Python, etc.).
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
