RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be an active participant in day-to-day Scrum activities including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
Review and evaluate business requirements in the form of user stories; participate in work breakdown and estimation of QA tasks based on requirements.
Create imaginative and efficient testing and test automation solutions with guidance from the Lead QA Engineer.
Develop high-quality test plans and contribute to QA development standards.
Contribute to test design documentation as needed.
Troubleshoot and reproduce customer and QA-found issues in a timely manner.
Execute manual and regression testing when automation coverage or risk requires it.
Log, triage, and track defects using Jira or similar tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants must be able to work from our Hyderabad office 2-3x a week.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software QA Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
1+ years of software QA or SDET experience with hands-on test automation work.
