Position: QA / SDET (Automation Engineer)
Location: Bavdhan, Pune (5 Days Onsite)

About the Role
We are seeking a technically strong Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Selenium, Mobile Testing, and the FinTech domain to support our upcoming web and mobile roadmaps. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, security, and reliability of our complex investment platforms through a powerful blend of manual expertise and advanced automation framework design.
Core Required Skills
- Automation Mastery: Advanced-level proficiency in Selenium for building robust, scalable end-to-end web testing frameworks.
- Mobile Testing & Automation: Strong proficiency in Appium for mobile automation alongside deep experience in functional testing across both Android and iOS environments (Manual & Automation).
- FinTech Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of financial workflows, transaction processing, data integrity, and security standards within digital wealth or investment platforms.
- API Validation: Robust knowledge of RESTful API validation and end-to-end API automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated automated test suites for web and mobile applications using Selenium and Appium.
- End-to-End Testing: Conduct thorough manual and automated testing to ensure a flawless user experience across a massive matrix of web browsers, devices, and mobile OS versions.
- Financial Workflow Validation: Validate complex investment workflows, calculators, and RESTful APIs to guarantee precision, data integrity, and strict adherence to security protocols.
- Collaborative Delivery: Partner closely with the development and product teams to support a high-growth roadmap in a fast-paced digital wealth ecosystem.
- Defect Management: Identify, isolate, and meticulously document bugs, working hand-in-hand with developers to drive them to resolution. .
