Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, and DevOps) to understand requirements and define the testing scope.
Design and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans to ensure software quality and reliability.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for web and mobile applications.
Test payment workflows, transaction flows, and reconciliation scenarios to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or similar tools.
Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.
Assist in developing and maintaining automation scripts using tools like Selenium or Appium.
Conduct performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter.
Validate releases before deployment and support production release verification.
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups,
and retrospectives.
Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and improve overall product quality.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software
Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Hands-on experience in manual testing for web applications.
Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
Basic knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appium.
Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
Experience testing fintech or payment-related applications.
Exposure to Flutter web or mobile applications.
Knowledge of database testing (SQL queries).
Experience in CI/CD testing environments.
