Role Overview
**
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable automation scripts that cover the entire technology stack, including Backend APIs (Scala/Akka), Web (React), and Mobile (Flutter). You will collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to shift quality left and ensure that our feedback loops are fast.

Key Responsibilities
**
- Engineer the Safety Net: Build and maintain scalable automation scripts covering the entire technology stack.
- Shift Quality Left: Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers before code is written.
- Pragmatic Quality: Value thoughtful test planning and the human eye, perform manual exploratory testing when needed.
- Guardian of the Client Experience: Simulate real-world client behaviors to catch usability friction, performance lags, and data inconsistencies.

Qualifications Required
**
- 4+ Years of Test Engineering experience with a focus on automation.
- Strong Coding Fundamentals in Java, Scala, TypeScript, or Python.
- Automation Framework Competence with tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- API Testing DNA including knowledge of REST, JSON, and SQL.
- Mobile Automation experience with Flutter or native apps using Appium or Maestro is a plus.
- Performance Testing experience with tools like K6, Gatling, or JMeter is a plus.
- Understanding of FinTech concepts and high-security environments is a plus.
