QA Engineering Lead

Own and execute the overall QA strategy, including manual and automated testing initiatives. Lead release testing efforts and ensure quality gates are met prior to production launches. Partner with product managers and engineers to define acceptance criteria and test plans. Identify risks early in the development lifecycle and proactively drive mitigation strategies. Analyze defects and trends to improve product quality and processes. Mentor and support QA engineers, setting standards and promoting best practices. Advocate for quality across the organization and continuously improve QA workflows. Collect and analyze quality and delivery metrics.

6+ years of experience in quality assurance, with leadership or ownership responsibilities. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. Handson experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Proven ability to collaborate crossfunctionally with product, engineering, and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback. Comfortable working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
