01Key Responsibilities
Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium preferably.
Set up automation frameworks from scratch and Integrate automation code/tools to CI/CD pipeline.
Perform API testing to ensure the reliability and performance of web services.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
Provide technical training to upskill the existing testing team.
Mandatory Skills:
Extensive experience for web automation using Java/Python preferably Selenium.
Proficient in API testing using tools like Postman.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub).
Solid knowledge of Agile test methodology.
Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA.
Experience with database testing preferably SQL for data validation and analysis.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of any Automation tools like Cypress/Test Robot Automation.
GenAI, LLM Model testing experience.
Strategize and estimate recent automation requirements/projects.
Preferred domain experience in Finance and Banking.
Certification in Automation/Performance testing like CSTAS and CPTP.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ISTQB Certified
Proven track record of delivering high-quality complex solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multitask and flexibility with timing.
