Role Summary
Looking for an experienced QA Lead to lead a team of QA engineers while remaining hands-on with testing AI/GenAI applications. The role focuses on test automation, AI testing, team mentoring, quality strategy, and ensuring successful software releases.
Must-Have Skills
Experience
8+ years of hands-on Software Testing / QA experience
3+ years leading or managing a QA team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's is a plus)
Technical Skills
Strong Python programming (5+ years)
Experience with AI/GenAI testing
Experience using GenAI tools for test case generation or QA activities
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as:
Behave
Selenium
Cypress
Playwright
Strong understanding of
SDLC
Agile methodology
QA best practices
Experience with
API Testing
Performance Testing (Locust or similar)
CI/CD experience using
Git
GitHub Actions
Jenkins
Leadership Skills
Lead and mentor QA teams (3+ engineers)
Develop QA strategy and testing processes
Review test plans, test cases, and automation scripts
Resource planning and workload management
Drive quality improvements across projects
Coordinate release testing and provide Go/No-Go recommendations
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Ability to collaborate with development and product teams
Experience conducting root cause analysis for production issues
Nice-to-Have Skills
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience testing AI agents and AI-powered applications
Experience managing test environments and test data strategies
Experience working in Capital Markets or Financial Services
