Proven experience as Quality Assurance Lead or relevant roleMust have exp in Duck Creek and P&C insuranceKnowledge on TAC and other automation toolThorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standardsExcellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methodsOutstanding communication skillsGreat attention to detail and a results driven approachExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesReliable and Trustworthy Responsibilities Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issuesMonitor all operations that affect qualityAssure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final outputAppraise customers
