Job Description QA Manager (Functional QA Capital Markets)
We are looking for a QA Manager with 1015 years of overall experience , including 8+ years of hands-on Functional/Manual Testing experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving QA strategy while remaining technically hands-on, including reviewing automation/code, SQL queries, and APIs as part of the delivery lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills:
1015 years of total IT experience with 8+ years in Functional/Manual Testing.
Robust understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Lifecycle, and Agile methodologies .
Hands-on experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT testing .
Strong SQL skills for backend data validation.
Experience with JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps , or similar test management tools.
Hands-on API testing using Postman or SOAP UI .
Ability to review technical solutions, automation scripts, and code as part of QA governance.
Mandatory Domain Expertise Capital Markets:
Candidates must have hands-on experience in Capital Markets projects with exposure to one or more of the following:

Note: This is a managerial role requiring both leadership and hands-on technical capability. Candidates should be comfortable participating in technical discussions, reviewing code/automation approaches, mentoring QA teams, and working closely with developers and architects in an Agile delivery environment. .
