General Duties & Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and upgrade manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets, and other tools required to execute test plans.Perform usability testing for overall system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.Communicate testing activities and findings effectively, both orally and in writing.Manage and control daily test activities independently.Provide internal quality assurance and support the test lead in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.Organize and maintain the test script library.Carry out other related duties as assigned.Education Requirements Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.What you bring: 4-8 years of experience in QA Manual and Autoamtion Testing with AIProficient in software testing methods, tools, and technologies.Experience with quality management practices to deliver defect-free application software.Ability to Automate test cases using automation and familiarity with object-oriented development tools with AI.Understanding application development methodologies, including principles, processes, phases, and roles.Ability to write complex queries for primary database engines for data validation and troubleshooting.Knowledge of operating systems and application components.Strong client focus and analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in agile development environments.Capable of delivering results under pressure.Excellent interpersonal, team building, and communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, vendors, and the public.FIS Job Level Description Advanced professional role requiring extensive proficiency.Develop large and/or complex solutions involving analysis and research.Leads multiple projects or serves as a subject matter expert.Handles medium to high complexity projects across technical areas and business segments.Coaches and mentors junior technical staff.Works independently with wide latitude for judgment.Typically requires five or more years of demonstrated experience in software testing which includes automation and AI.What we offer you A multifaceted job with a high degreeA broad spectrum of opportunitiesA broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities FIS is your final career step!A variety of career development tools, resources, and opportunities Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
