A Minimum of 3+ years' work experience in US Residential Mortgage specifically in Frontend (Live) US Residential UnderwritingExpertise in Underwriting Reviewing Income, Credit, Collateral & CapitalExpertise in calculating all type of Incomes (Salaried/Self Employed and Other Income), Asset & RatiosMust have experience in Underwriting all type of loans Purchase/Refinance/ConstructionExpertise in reviewing the Guideline (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac)Evaluating the Loan documents for approval/rejectionReview Appraisal document to identify whether the property has been evaluated correctlyAssessing loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracyApproving/Denying/Counter Offer the loans after verifying borrower eligibility
Minimum 3 years' experience in End-to-End Underwriting.
