Position: Quality Analyst cum Trainer Call Centre Process
Educational Qualification:
Plus Two or above (Graduation preferred).
Experience:
35 years of experience in a BPO/Call Centre.
Minimum 12 years of experience as a Quality Analyst and/or Trainer.
Domain Knowledge:
Experience in customer service, telecalling, or the automobile industry is preferred.
Key Skills:
Knowledge of quality monitoring, call auditing, and feedback mechanisms.
Experience in conducting induction and refresher training programs.
Ability to prepare training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
Positive analytical, coaching, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Preferred:
Candidates with experience in the automobile dealership or automotive call centre industry will be given preference.
Compensation: 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
