Job Description Quality Analyst (Tester)
Location: Okhla Phase-1, Recent Delhi
Experience: 3+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and maintain QA documentation including test plans, test cases, test scenarios, requirement traceability matrices (RTMs), and test summary reports.
Analyse business and functional requirements to create effective test documentation.
Execute manual testing for web and mobile applications.
Identify, report, track, and verify software defects until closure.
Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.
Ensure all testing activities and documentation comply with project standards and quality processes.
Required Skills
Strong experience in manual testing and software quality assurance.
Hands-on experience in QA documentation (Test Cases, Test Plans, RTM, Bug Reports, Test Reports, SOPs, and User Manuals).
Valuable understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is an added advantage.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
Candidates with robust documentation skills and attention to detail will be preferred.
Compensation: 300,000.00 - 500,000.00 per year
