01Overview
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Auditing based on sample size collection.
2. Conducting error analysis
3. Provide feedback and work with the training team to provide remedial training.
4. Provide quality data and reports
5. Buddy up with fresh coders
6. Updating DPT and quality details in MIS path
7. Monitoring workflow process
8. Involving in pilot process until the process stabilizes
Key Technical Skills and Knowledge :
1. Good knowledge of IP DRG coding, ICD -10 CM
2. Certification from AAPC or AHIMA
3. Good knowledge of MS DRG/APR DRG
4. Atleast 1 year experience in medical coding and 1 year experience in IP DRG coding
5. Good knowledge of MS Office
6. Valuable analytical skills
