Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate calls/processes to ensure quality standards.

Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents.

Prepare quality reports and track performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 12 years of QA experience in a BPO.

Experience in Real Estate or Sales process preferred.

Strong communication, auditing, and feedback skills.

Knowledge of quality tools and performance monitoring.
