We are looking for a Quality & Process Excellence Lead who will be the torchbearer of quality and operational excellence across it's large-scale AI data workflows. This is a chance to define gold-standard quality frameworks for one of the most exciting AI companies in India.
What You'll Do
Build and enhance quality assurance systems for AI data operations.Drive process optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven improvements.Monitor key quality metrics, lead corrective actions, and ensure compliance.Mentor and guide teams, fostering a culture of excellence.Partner with leadership to deliver world-class, trustworthy AI operations.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in Quality / Process Excellence (tech, data, or large-scale operations).Strong experience with process mapping, audits, Lean/Six Sigma.Proven ability to lead teams and scale operations.Detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about quality by design.
