Job Description

Key Responsibilities

** - Own and define the testing & quality engineering strategy for Ginesys One product suite, including ERP, POS, Zwing, Browntape, and Reporting platforms. - Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle, encompassing Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Performance Testing, and Security testing. - Architect and implement scalable automation frameworks, make tooling decisions, set standards, define metrics, and integrate CI/CD. - Promote shift-left quality practices throughout the SDLC, from sprint planning to production release. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps teams to incorporate automated quality gates into delivery pipelines. - Establish and monitor quality KPIs such as Defect Leakage, Automation coverage, Release quality metrics, and Test pass rates. - Drive continuous improvement using metrics, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and data-driven quality insights. - Mentor and grow QA teams by sharing best practices, fostering automation adoption, and introducing modern testing methodologies. - Ensure compliance readiness for enterprise releases, audits, and production deployments. - Foster a strong engineering quality culture through guilds, retrospectives, and cross-functional workshops. **Qualification Required:** - 12+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering. - Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end testing strategy for product-based platforms. - Hands-on experience across Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Performance Testing, and Security testing. - 7+ years in B2B SaaS product companies, preferably in microservices-based architectures. - 3+ years of experience leading QA teams (5 - 6 members or more). - Strong background in designing test automation frameworks (Robot Framework preferred). - Practical experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions. - Domain expertise in ERP / POS / OMS platforms, with ERP knowledge strongly preferred. - Candidates must currently be based in Gurgaon / Gurugram or nearby locations.
