QA Manager Export Garment Manufacturing Experience: 1520 Years Industry: Export Garment Manufacturing Job Description We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead and manage the Quality Assurance function for our export garment manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the complete QA/QC function and ensure adherence to quality standards.Manage pre-production, inline, midline, and final inspections.Ensure garments meet international buyer specifications and quality standards.Develop and implement quality control procedures, SOPs, and inspection standards.Identify quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.Conduct root-cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of quality problems.Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Sampling, and Technical teams.Handle buyer inspections, quality audits, and customer quality requirements.Monitor AQL standards and maintain quality performance reports.Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the QA/QC team.Ensure consistent quality throughout the production process.Maintain quality documentation and provide regular reports to management.Requirements 1520 years of experience in QA, preferably in an export garment manufacturing company.Strong knowledge of garment quality standards, AQL, inspection procedures, and quality systems.Experience handling international buyers and buyer audits.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Good communication and coordination skills.Candidates with experience in reputed export houses will be preferred.Compensation: 90,000.00 - 95,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
