Description: Description :We are seeking an experienced Quality Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance test automation solutions. This role will be instrumental in driving a shift-left quality approach and embedding automation across the software development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities :- Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing- Define and execute the organizations automation strategy, roadmap, and governance model- Build reusable, modular, and scalable automation solutions using Selenium and Java- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing- Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to align automation with deployment workflows- Evaluate and introduce modern tools and technologies to improve test efficiency and coverage- Lead root cause analysis for defects and ensure continuous quality improvement- Establish best practices, coding standards, and automation guidelines- Mentor and upskill QA teams in automation tools and techniques- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, release management) to ensure quality deliverablesKey Skills & Qualifications :- Strong expertise in Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and Java programming- Proven experience in framework design (Hybrid, BDD, Data-driven frameworks)- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes preferred)- Experience in API automation (RestAssured, Postman)- Knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills .
