Quality Engineer - Software Testing

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. - Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously monitor testing processes and suggest enhancements to optimize performance and accuracy. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Test Management. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including continuous testing and regression testing. - Experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts and automation strategies. - Familiarity with API testing and security testing practices. - Ability to analyze defects and participate in code reviews to support quality improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Veeva CRM. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
