Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the development and implementation of quality engineering frameworks to support project goals. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of quality standards and testing methodologies. Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks. Experience with various testing tools and frameworks to support automation efforts. Ability to analyze complex systems and define comprehensive testing strategies. Skilled in collaborating with development and product teams to ensure testability and quality. Knowledge of best practices in quality engineering and continuous integration processes.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium. This position is based at our Chennai office. A 15 years full time education is required. .
