Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

• Working with operations to identify project/process improvement opportunities which can start from a simple excel based solutions.
• Execute and lead Lean six sigma improvement Projects delivering tangible results for the business
• Effectively conduct risk audits for delivery processes & identify gaps/opportunity, solution & drive closure
• Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities through Lean Six Sigma
• Internal/Risk Audits, Lean / Six sigma project management, TQM - Total Quality Management
• Effectively communicate progress on Process risk audits & projects to senior stakeholders
• Ensure Positive contribution to the companys Gross margins and Operating margins.

 Technical and Functional Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in understanding & implementation of LEAN Six Sigma methodologies like DMAIC, Hypothesis Testing (Six sigma green belt certified, Black belt trained)
• Must have financial sector experience not including insurance sector
• Experience in Internal/Risk Audits, Lean / Six sigma project management, TQM - Total Quality Management
• Understanding of risk management and quality tools (FMEA, Fishbone, 7 QC Tools, MP tools)
• Execute and lead projects delivering tangible results for the business
• Planning and organizing skills, Analytical ability, Attention to details, Decision-making, Good communication
• Good to have knowledge on Minitab
