Full job description The Quality Control (QC) Officer checks products to make sure they meet the company's quality standards before they are delivered to customers.
Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and finished products.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, and Dial Indicators.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Identify, report, and segregate non-conforming products.
Maintain inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and company procedures.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality concerns.
Follow quality and safety procedures.
Work with the production team to improve product quality.
Help solve quality related problems.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Basic knowledge of quality control procedures.
Good attention to detail.
Basic computer skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation: 18,086.00 - 25,000.00 per month
Immediate Joiners preferred.
Compensation: 18,443.79 - 25,966.04 per month
