01Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor engineers on quality engineering, automation, and DevOps best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, security, and product teams, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Partner with vendors and stakeholders to plan and execute complex integrations.
- Drive adoption of standardized tools, frameworks, and processes across teams.
Automation, Testing & DevOps
- Design and implement robust automation frameworks for functional, integration, API, regression, and performance testing.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated quality gates using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Implement infrastructure automation for provisioning, monitoring, and configuration management.
- Enable contemporary engineering practices including Agile, DevSecOps, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
System Design & Architecture
- Develop and review system architecture, infrastructure designs, and integration workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient system solutions.
- Define system and infrastructure specifications aligned with enterprise standards.
Performance, Reliability & Monitoring
