Quantity Surveying:
Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for projects based on designs and specifications.
Conduct quantity take-offs and validate measurements for all construction works.
Regularly update project cost estimates and budgets to ensure alignment with actuals.
Billing Management:
Prepare and submit contractor and client bills (RA Bills, final bills, etc.) as per contract terms.
Reconcile project costs and ensure timely billing to clients and vendors.
Verify contractor claims, certifications, and invoices against actual progress and deliverables.
Cost Control & Monitoring:
Monitor project costs and provide variance analysis reports to management.
Assist in identifying potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Contract Management:
Review and interpret contract documents, including tender documents, scope of work, and payment terms.
