01Responsibilities
() Work with internal team and suppliers to purchase the raw materials and perform the prototype delivery schedules
() Responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating the best and raising the purchase order
() Interface with cross functional teams to execute their Material request, evaluate supplier and contracting with certain terms and conditions
() Ensure the system support and procedure are executed as per the business needs, quality and service which are in cost effective manner
() Support new supplier qualification activities, work with account and operation team to clear the payment issues
() Ability to maintain the multiple database specified to raw materials, batch issued details and further supplier information
Required Skills:
() 5+ years of experience in Procurement or supply chain related to cosmetics or Pharma industry
() Strong communication and negotiation skill
() Ability to work independent
() Proficient in MS office, Tally, ERP / SAP
() Proficient in English Reading, Writing & Speaking
